Facilities

Basin Safety provides API 1169 chief inspectors for pipeline infrastructure projects. They oversee financial expectations, construction progress, and manage subcontractors for every phase of the construction project. We have completed successful projects for Marathon. Endeavor, Tesoro, and Oasis Midstream as well as provided certified welding inspectors for Crestwood Midstream, Oasis Midstream, Northern Natural Gas, and the North Dakota DOT.
Our pipeline construction safety consultants oversee ground disturbance permitting, confined space entry, trench protection devices and environmental protection processes. They can assist with developing and overseeing the completion of excavation forms, permits and ensure all training requirements are met. They also ensure personnel are qualified as excavation competent persons, heavy equipment operations, and operator qualifications. They also manage training matrixes and schedule or complete required safety training.
Basin Safety can oversee excavation projects to ensure adequate trench protection devices, rescue systems, and equipment operator verification. We ensure personnel are trained as competent persons, excavation permits are completed properly, and protect the public from trespassing or interfering with excavation activities.
Basin Safety provides CWIs for infrastructure projects, including gas compression infrastructure, processing facilities, gathering facilities. We provide weld plans, quality assurance and control and project management. Our CWIs are AWS and QCI qualified.
Our team can oversee the deployment and erection for the substructure excavation to cementing and elevated work installing vertical sections and system “topping out”
Our security services team ensures that equipement and inventory are safe and secure. We protect against vandalism, barricade from unwanted public interference, and can provide armed solutions when needed.

Road / Transportation

Operations Consultants

Our consultants include drilling supervisors, directional drillers and night directional drillers. Most have 10 to 20 plus years of experience and bring expertise and knowledge from oil and gas plays across the country. RPM’s supervisors who oversee drilling operations provide quality assurance to services in the field, providing 24 hour supervision pre- spud to beyond rig release.

Completion

Basin’s completion supervisors provide the coordination and supervision to successfully bring a well on initial production. Our team manages completion operations including; running/pulling a frac string and support fracturing operations. Effective communication with the operator is a focus of our rig supervisors. Our site controllers are skilled in Simultaneous Operations. We have a comprehensive training program that verifies their ability to control traffic, monitor hygiene (temperature checks, etc.), and keep track of personnel on your site.
