Basin Safety provides safety experts in the completions phase of exploration. They assist with well control and safe operations during fracking, coil tubing and snubbing operations. They provide coaching and safety leadership to consultants overseeing chemical treatment, perforating, plugging, and fracking wells. They also receive drill outs, simultaneous operations, gate entrance, and asset control activities.
Well Service Safety Consultants
Basin Safety provides safety leaders to oversee well service operations including pressure testing, casing and rod replacement, pump change outs, and well maintenance. They oversee DROP programs and provide coaching for supervisors and consultants in hand safety, work it heights, and materials handling.
Production Consultants
Basin Safety provides safety leaders who assist and oversee flowback production and simultaneous operations of trucking construction and maintenance. They visit many sites per day and can oversee large regions with an emphasis on coaching safety data collection and communicating with operations teams on methods to mitigate the likelihood of potential hazards becoming accidents and incidents.
Confined Space Rescue & Safety Technicians
Basin Safety provides rescue teams and confined space operations technicians for inspections, clean outs, and other operations inside of confined spaces. Our teams consist of rescue teams equipped with ventilation, fall protection, gas detection, and rescue systems. Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH)
Basin Safety provides Certified Industrial Hygienists to develop work plans associated with worker hygiene. We help implement autometric respiratory and infectious disease programs, as well as provide mitigation strategies, testing, and reports to the county, state, and federal regulators.
Emergency Response (Wild Well)
Basin Safety provides professionals and in city commanders for unintentional releases, spills, fires, natural disasters, and loss of well control situations. We ensure that simultaneous operations are managed effectively involving EMS, fire, police, media, and emergency operations personnel. We assist in ensuring all federal requirements are met. Internal procedures are followed and industry best practices are implemented to minimize risk during emergency operations. We also provide equipment in trailers for emergency situations. Midstream Consulting
PHMSA Safety Directors
Basin Safety has successfully developed and implemented DOT compliant programs for pipelines and midstream infrastructure. We oversee the development of standard operations procedures, environmental assessments, public awareness programs. Integrity programs, operator qualifications (internal and contracted) and emergency response plans. Pipeline Inspection (Aerial / Ground)
Basin Safety provides qualified individuals to inspect pipeline right of ways (ROW). By visual and aerial methods. We also can oversee welding inspections, thought of protection surveys, and ensure all pipeline markings and flaggins are visible and are properly placed.

Basin Safety creates SWPP plans that ensure EPA and department of environmental quality standards are met, and provides inspections on an event, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis to ensure water protection infrastructure is maintained, requirements are met and soil testing is done when necessary. SPCC Plans
Basin Safety develops SPCC plans in accordance with the department of environmental quality and EPA regulations. Our plans include information on handling, processing, tranpsorting and managing brine water, oil and other resources. We also perform quarterly inspections to ensure continued drainage, compliance, housekeeping, and infrastructure requirements are met. We can complete inspections on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and provide electronic tracking of all assets that are included with the plan.
Operator Qualifications
Basin Safety can oversee operator qualification programs including electronic OQ programs (Veriforce, NCCER, Energy Networld, etc). We perform field audits to ensure that all personnel performing construction or maintenance operations are qualified and that span of control requirements are being met. We manage the program to ensure that expiring qualifications are tracked and re-verification schedules are met to ensure continued compliance. NCMS Management
We register for and oversee NCMS programs on a continual basis. We ensure drug and alcohol programs, consortiums, and testing frequencies are compliant and are in good standing. We also assist in NCMS audits and assist our customers in ensuring the full approval of NCMS.
